Reflecting on 2023: A Year of Growth and Achievements

As we bid farewell to 2023 and usher in a new year, I find myself reflecting on the remarkable journey that Reliance Safety Consultants (RSC) and Extraleap have undertaken. It’s been a year filled with milestones, growth, and, most importantly, unwavering commitment to the safety and success of our clients.
Here’s a recap of the incredible achievements we’ve accomplished together:
1. Training for a Safer Tomorrow
In 2023, RSC trained and certified approximately 12,900 individuals in safety. Each represents a safer workplace.
2. Advocating for Your Safety
We won 58 CalOSHA citations, saving clients over $825,000. Your safety is our victory!
3. Expanding Our Digital Reach
Extraleap welcomed 9,450 new users, promoting continuous learning and safety culture.
4. Strengthening Local Partnerships
We secured a 3-year safety consulting and training contract with the City of Redlands, reaffirming our commitment to local communities.
5. New Horizons at AMGEN
Our portfolio grew with projects at AMGEN, addressing diverse industry safety needs.
6. Continued Trust
We’ve grown with clients like Johnson & Johnson, Kite Pharma, and many more.
